Cancellations requested after 2 hours or once the order is in preparation\/dispatch cannot be processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds are applicable in the following cases: (1) The order was cancelled within the allowed time window. (2) The product delivered was damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. (3) The order was not delivered due to reasons on our end. The recipient was unavailable at the time of delivery and the order was returned. The order was a perishable item and was delivered as described.
